Urban (Cultural) Market- consists more of a psycho-graphic than a demographic consisting of music, colloquialisms, and many of the characteristics that are seen in campaigns to target African-Americans (though incorrect in their usage and assumptions); as, Urban culture spans a variety of ethnic groups and sub-cultures. 
 
We consider the Urban CULTURAL market a MULTI-CULTURAL market.
